I will let people vote to determine if Pel should be a moderator or not. Therefore I have made a list of advantages and disadvantages about Pel if he had the rank.
Advantages-
He is wise to know the limitations of a topic
He should know when a topic should be moved
Disadvantages-
He begged a few times
He might a abuse
He's power hungry
Some people may not trust this amateur.
Once you've made a vote give a reason why he should or not.
